Why a Judicial Clerkship?

Judicial clerkships provide a significant opportunity for new attorneys to gain valuable legal experience.  Clerkships are among the most prestigious and competitive employment opportunities available to recent law school graduates; providing an effective way for them to bridge the gap between the theory of law and the actual practice of law. Clerks at all court levels obtain unparalleled access to and first-hand insight into the judicial process.

Importantly, judicial clerks are often exposed to a broad range of legal matters, and to be engaged in the judicial decision-making process. Further, they provide the opportunity to establish life-long professional and personal relationship with seasoned legal professionals and peers.
