International
McElroy Deutsch corporate attorneys recognize the sophisticated practice and ever-changing climate of doing business internationally. In concert with our immigration practice, our international business lawyers regularly navigate clients through the complicated terrain of employing international citizens domestically and U.S. citizens abroad. Our practitioners have a significant amount of experience obtaining successful settlements for our construction clients in international arbitrations. Our business attorneys have also litigated the intellectual property rights for domestic and international companies.
Our law firm's exposure to international business also extends to community service. Our attorneys regularly serve as members of International Law Committees under the auspices of local Bar Associations and International Legal Associations abroad.
