Seth Spiegal

SETH SPIEGAL specializes in management-side labor and employment law.  He represents employers in court and before administrative agencies on matters including employment discrimination lawsuits, whistleblower litigation, wage and hour class and collective actions, unfair labor practice charges, and noncompete proceedings.  In addition, Mr. Spiegal counsels employers on all of their legal obligations stemming from the employment relationship.

 He has also published multiple articles on various labor and employment topics.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Spiegal served as a law clerk to the Honorable James F. McClure, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
