Michael G. Keating

MICHAEL G. KEATING's practice is concentrated in the corporate, real estate, and franchise areas. He is experienced in representing banks, captive lenders, asset based lenders, insurance companies and financial institutions and commercial clients in portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, sophisticated asset based, commercial and real estate financing, sale and lease transactions, hospital and healthcare financings, as well as complex loan workouts, restructuring and enforcement of creditors rights. Mr. Keating represents joint ventures, medical practices, start-up companies, and other clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate and provides counseling on franchising and general corporate matters. Mr. Keating also represents clients in the automotive and healthcare industries and has substantial experience in transactions and financings in those industries.

Mr. Keating is a graduate of Rutgers University, Rutgers College and a graduate of Rutgers Law School, Newark, New Jersey where he served as an editor on the Computer and Technology Law Journal. He received his Master’s degree in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York and is a member of the Business Law, Probate and Real Property, and Franchise Law sections of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
