McElroy Deutsch today announced that David M. Alberts and Jennifer M. Jones have been named to the New Jersey Law Journal's ("NJLJ") 2021 New Leaders of the Bar list.  A link to the article can be found here.

NJLJ awards honor those who have left an indelible mark on the legal community in New Jersey and beyond through their unwavering dedication to the profession.

David M. Alberts is a Partner in the Firm and a member of the Labor and Employment Group.  He has extensive experience in both employment and traditional labor matters.  He has represented employers in state and federal courts, as well as before the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, New Jersey Department of Labor, New Jersey Department of Public Employees Occupational Safety and Health, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. 

Jennifer M. Jones is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Insurance Services and Litigation Groups.  Ms. Jones has extensive experience in a wide range of civil litigation, including, products liability, consumer fraud, premises liability, automobile negligence, complex personal injury, construction litigation, complex commercial litigation, and contract disputes. Ms. Jones also has substantial experience in class action litigation and appellate practice. Ms. Jones regularly appears in state and federal court in connection with these matters and has experience in all phases of such litigation and appellate practice.
