Peter A. Wojcik

PETER A. WOJCIK is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Insurance Services Practice Group. He provides representation and advice to both business and individual clients on a wide variety of complex legal matters. Mr. Wojcik’s practice involves all aspects of insurance litigation, including arbitration, mediation, motion practice, and trial.

Prior to joining McElroy Deutsch, Mr. Wojcik gained substantial litigation experience by serving as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. There, he handled all facets of indictable criminal cases, from grand jury presentation to negotiating complex plea agreements to motion practice, trial, and sentencing. Before his service as an Assistant Prosecutor, he clerked for the Honorable Stacey L. Meisel, United States Bankruptcy Judge, District of New Jersey, as well as the Honorable Sallyanne Floria, Assignment Judge, Essex Vicinage.

Mr. Wojcik received his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2010 and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016. While in law school, he served as the Senior Notes Editor of The Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Mr. Wojcik was also selected to be a Competing Member of the Seton Hall Mock Trial Board, where he competed in multiple regional mock trial competitions.

Mr. Wojcik is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
