Michael T. Herbert Sr. is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation and Insurance Services Practice Group. His Practice areas include Automobile Liability, Premise Liability, Construction, Workers Compensation, Criminal and Municipal Court.
Mr. Herbert’s background of more than 30 years in law enforcement brings a unique and valuable perspective to the Firm’s Litigation and Insurance Group. He has vast training and experience in Advanced Crash Investigation. He was a member of the Fatal Crash Investigation Team and rose to the rank of Traffic Unit Commander.
Mr. Herbert is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has also been admitted Pro Hac Vice in New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
Mr. Herbert is a 1998 graduate of Fairleigh Dickenson University where he obtained a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Law. He graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the coveted Student Pinnacle Award. Mr. Herbert graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001.
