LYDIA K. DEUTSCH is a Partner in the Firm’s New York City office and is a member of the Litigation & Insurance Service Practice Group.
Ms. Deutsch represents clients across a range of industries in complex litigation and insurance coverage matters. She has extensive experience in commercial and insurance litigation and routinely handles high-stakes matters, including coverage, insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, professional liability, personal injury defense, construction defect, labor law, class action and mass tort litigation, Lanham Act (copyright and trademark) matters, securities disputes, complex contract disputes, multi-million-dollar arbitrations, and employment law.
Ms. Deutsch is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals, for the Second Circuit.
Ms. Deutsch received her B.A. from Bowdoin College and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
