Devin E. Miller

DEVIN E. MILLER is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Insurance Services Practice Group. Mr. Miller focuses his practice on general liability claims, construction defects, and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining McElroy Deutsch, Devin served as a staff attorney at an international law firm, where he gained experience handling corporate transactions, conducting legal research, and document review.
Mr. Miller received his B.A. in Accounting from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. While at Syracuse University College of Law, he acquired a CAS in National Security and Counterterrorism Law. He was also the Editor in Chief of Volume 50 of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce. Mr. Miller is published in the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce for his note titled The New Space Race: Exploration and Exploitation in the Commons of the Twenty-First Century.
Mr. Miller is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
