EVERETT E. GALE, III is designated by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He successfully obtained affirmation of dismissal for a first aid squad under New Jersey’s Tort Claims Act involving an issue of first impression Pallister v. Spotswood First Aid Squad, 355 N.J. Super. 278 (App. Div. 2002).
