Alex P. Feigenbaum
ALEX P. FEIGENBAUM is an Associate in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He represents corporate clients in contract and asbestos-related lawsuits. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Feigenbaum was an Associate at a large international law firm in which he practiced insurance defense litigation with a focus on asbestos and talc-related lawsuits. Mr. Feigenbaum also clerked for the Honorable James F. Hyland, J.S.C. in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Law Division.
He has previously represented manufacturers of cosmetic and talcum powder products, industrial, consumer and military products and commercial contractors in asbestos litigation matters. Mr. Feigenbaum has been able to favorably resolve matters on behalf of his clients through dispositive motions in the run up to trial.
Mr. Feigenbaum is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Feigenbaum received his B.A., cum laude, from Syracuse University, his M.B.A. from Rutgers University School of Business, and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. During law school Mr. Feigenbaum was on the editorial board of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce in which his Note on US and international intellectual property laws regarding foodstuffs was published. Mr. Feigenbaum was also a member of the Syracuse University Securities Arbitration and Consumer Law Clinic during his final year of law school.
